Return Policy
Return or exchange due to the following reasons will be carried out by us prior to international shipping, without any extra cost to customers:
- Item received to be defective upon arrival
- Wrong item received
We will inform you of such return or exchange by support chat.
There are situations when customers wish to exchange or return items which they will have to bear the cost of domestic postage to and from seller:
- Change of mind after order has been placed
- Cancellation after order has been placed
These types of exchange or cancellation is only possible within 5 days of arrival at our warehouse and prior to international shipping. For custom made items, no exchange or cancellation will be allowed. For cancellation, service fee will not be refunded.
We do not provide after sales service or warranty of any kind. Please do not place order for products that may require after sales service.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item due to our error, we will issue refund up to 50% of that item's value. Evaluation is based on our discretion and on a case by case basis. Please contact us with detailed photographs of the item when applying for refund claim.
We do not guarantee fragile products will remain intact during international shipping. Please order at your own risk.
We do not accept return or refund after the package has been dispatched.
